The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to your community.
SASSA will likely be rendering companies for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a statement, the agency explained it's alarmed regarding the significant variety of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The intention on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to here your large variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This really is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no entirely functional office dedicated to service the area on a daily basis. The assistance issue designed for intervention experiences a high inflow of possible beneficiaries, that makes it challenging for that office to attend to all people who check out a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional assets to allow the servicing of all clients and enhance usage of Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
